Terms & Conditions

Purchasing:

• By placing an order with us you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
• We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

Prices:

• You must pay by PAYPAL at the time of the order.
• We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
• All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

• When an item is being sold on sale or with a discount of over 15%, no refunds will be offered.

Returns:

• If you are unhappy with any of our products, then we will offer a refund as long as the product is in a re-saleable condition, including the swing tag still being attached, and all packaging is returned, refunds and exchanges will expire after 14 days of you receiving your order.

• On the small chance that there are white marks on the products which have been sublimated, refunds will not be offered due to the complex method of printing.

• Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at Allect One will check the products thoroughly for any faults or damages before it is sent for delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items that have been damaged due to wear and tear will not be accepted. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at [email protected] about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
• If we can’t offer you a replacement, we will then refund the correct amount back into your account. Please note that refunds on Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

• We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.
